Thomasina Miers, winner of BBC MasterChef in 2005, reveals how she turned her passion for cooking into a business. From cheese-making and running market stalls in Ireland to working with  Skye Gyngell at Petersham Nurseries and co-founding the restaurant group Wahaca.
